Each year on the last Saturday in March there is a huge yard sale in the Hilton Head Island High School’s parking lot.

This is at 70 Wilborn Road. You really can’t miss it. There are plenty of signs. There are cars parked everywhere.
There was a little bit of everything for sale.
Admission is FREE for shoppers.
It was already packed as soon as they let shoppers in at 9:00.
Sellers are allowed in at 6:00 in the morning, but shoppers aren’t welcome until 9:00.
We got there a little before 9:00 and there were already cars everywhere. My friend’s husband dropped us off to look for somewhere to park.

Bring a cart for all your loot!
A lot of people brought something to pull their loot in.
We looted out! I got some picture frames, a beach dress, yarn and a hand loom, books… I kept having to make trips back to the car to drop things off.
Tenna’s husband had found parking really close, so I brought things back to the car every time I had more than I could carry.
The parking lot is huge and every spot had a seller.
Even early, things were priced to move.
There was really great furniture priced really cheap!
I could have gotten some great furniture, but our car was too full to get it home.
We spent a few hours.
The high school has a concession stand if you need something to eat.
By the time we left is was so packed you could barely walk.
Some sellers were unpacking more boxes as the first stuff was sold.
